THINGS I WISH MY CLIENTS KNEW
The little things that make a big difference.
After years of working in the beauty industry, there are certain things I wish more clients knew about the treatments they book.
There's often so much more involved than the finished result. From the techniques I choose to the products I recommend, it's all about getting the very best from your appointments.
This month, I'm sharing a few of those insights alongside some of my favourite beauty essentials.
A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR YOU

A lash lift doesn't need to be dramatic to be beautiful
A successful Korean Lash Lift isn't measured by how high the lashes sit. It's about creating the right lift for your natural lashes and eye shape.
Sometimes a softer result is far more flattering than an exaggerated curl.
Something I wish more clients knew? The condition and length of your natural lashes play a huge part in the finished result.
THE PRODUCT EDIT | Nanolash Eyelash Serum
If you're looking to get more from your lash appointments, investing in your natural lashes between treatments can make a real difference.
Nanolash is a product I recommend for clients wanting longer, fuller-looking natural lashes. Having more natural lash length to work with can open up more possibilities when creating your lift.

Your brows shouldn't look like somebody else's.
Your brows should complement your features, not follow a one-size-fits-all trend.
I consider your natural growth pattern, facial structure and existing shape before deciding how much to remove, define or adjust.
Sometimes the smallest changes create the most beautiful results.
Something I wish more clients knew? Growing out areas of your brows can give us more freedom to create the shape you've always wanted.
THE PRODUCT EDIT | Nanobrow Eyebrow Serum
For anyone looking to improve the appearance of sparse or over-plucked brows, this is one worth knowing about.
Designed to support fuller-looking brows, it can be a lovely addition to your routine while working towards a more naturally defined shape.

There's much more to your manicure than the colour.
Two clients can request exactly the same manicure but need completely different products and techniques.
Your natural nail condition, lifestyle and how you maintain your nails all influence the system I choose.
The preparation and structure beneath the colour are just as important as the finished result.
Something I wish more clients knew? Looking after the skin surrounding your nails is just as important as looking after the nails themselves.
THE PRODUCT EDIT | L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream
One of those everyday essentials that really earns its place in your handbag.
Beautifully nourishing, it helps keep hands soft and comfortable while regular application around the cuticles helps maintain a beautifully cared-for appearance between manicures.

Sometimes I'll tell you not to have a treatment.
And this might be the most important thing I wish every client knew.
Just because a treatment can be carried out doesn't always mean it's the right decision.
Sometimes your natural lashes need time to recover, your nails would benefit from a different approach or a particular treatment simply won't achieve the result you're hoping for.
I would always rather explain why I think you should wait than carry out something that isn't in your best interests.
Good beauty treatments aren't just about achieving beautiful results. They're about making the right decisions for the person receiving them.
A FINAL THOUGHT
The longer I work in this industry, the more I appreciate that beautiful results often come down to the smallest details.
The products we choose, the techniques we use, the care you give yourself between appointments and sometimes knowing when less is more.
I hope this month's edit has given you a little insight into the thought and experience behind your treatments.
And if you've spotted something you'd like to try from my product recommendations, don't forget your discount code.
