After 15 years in the beauty industry, I’ve realised that the results I’m most drawn to are often the ones that look the most effortless.

For me, beauty has become less about transformation and more about enhancing what’s already there. Healthy, polished and considered, but still completely you.

After more than 15 years working in the beauty industry, you might wonder why I still invest so much time in training and education.

The simple answer is that I never want to stop learning.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve taken from my career is that gaining a qualification and developing real professional expertise are two very different things.

A certificate marks the completion of your training. Expertise develops afterwards, through practice, experience, continued education and being willing to question and refine the way you work.

And beauty certainly doesn't stand still.

As summer moves on, it’s often a time when we start thinking about what comes next — perhaps a change of direction, a better work-life balance, or simply finding a flexible way to create some additional income.
